Autumn Yoga Classes Update
I hope you’ve enjoyed the August Bank Holiday. I spent mine in St Neot’s at the regatta for the festival of water … And it certainly was watery! The steel band and artisan gin was transportive.
As most of you know the Wednesday yoga class schedule has changed for September. I’m delighted that some students who came to the Wednesday morning class have been able to move to the evening classes. If I have not heard from you since the end of the term in July, I am assuming you will no longer be coming to yoga.
Classes continue to be arranged in terms. If you are unable to come to your usual Wednesday class, you can come to one of the others, providing there is a space available. If you know you cannot make one of the classes for the term, there is a small concession in place. I ask that you let me know in advance which date you cannot make, I can then offer it to another regularly attending student if I am asked. There is a delayed start to term as I am in the Isles of Scilly celebrating my/our silver wedding anniversary.
Wednesdays, 19 September to 17 October:
- 1800 – 1915: 5 weeks @ £45; 4 weeks @ £40
- 1930 – 2100: 5 weeks @ £50; 4 weeks @ £45
Friday Early Bird classes will continue for another 4 week term: 21 September to 12 October, 0730 – 0830. This returns to a drop-in arrangement of £10 per class. I ask that you let me know if you are coming by 6 pm the day before (Thursday). If no-one has booked in, I will postpone the class to the following week. When the Loft is in use for certain courses, the space is unavailable for yoga, so ‘terms’ can be a little erratic. I will keep the pages uptodate so you know what’s going on.
At the last class of term in October, I will see how we feel about continuing into the darker months. If there is enough interest, the class will continue from November to December at the slightly later time of 0745 – 0845.
Any questions about the classes or the information above, please email me.
Best wishes Yvonne
