Last year – when it was too hot to be inside!

During August, I am teaching two classes: one on Wednesday evenings and the other on early Friday morning. I understand that August is a time of freedom and holidays, particularly as schools and universities are on their summer break. It may be that you are unable to make a decision now about what dates you can make. That’s ok.

If you are leaving your decision until nearer the time, please email me at least 24 hours before the class you want to attend. I am restricting spaces to 10 and they will be given on a first come, first served basis. Sometimes there will be plenty of space and othertimes not.

As soon as you do know which class/es you want to come to, organise to prebook and pay in advance using the form below. Your space(s) will be confirmed once payment is received via online banking or by invoice (card payment).

The Wednesday evening classes are 90 minutes long and include asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practice) and dhyana (unguided meditation):

  • Wednesdays 1 August – 22 August, 1900-2030 (4 weeks) @ £40 or £12.50 per session
  • Maximum 10 spaces

The Friday Early Bird Class is an hour long. The last 5 – 10 minutes of the class includes a space to sit quietly and reflect on the practice.

  • Fridays 3 August – 24 August, 0730-0830 (4 weeks) @ £36 or 10 per session
  • Maximum 10 spaces
