General practice info & signposting
WHERE TO FIND INFORMATION
I was reminded last night of all the different ways to find out about my practice. I am in the process of letting go of the website as the blog fulfills the same need. I started the blog to include clients and students who do not use facebook and social media. However, all blogs do get posted to the main social media sites.
On the blog home page there is a menu down the left hand side with details of diary dates and therapies. There are links to the online booking page if you want to book an appointment and links to my facebook and twitter accounts.
I am very happy to be contacted directly for information and discussion. I am a one-man band however. The online systems allow you to see what is on offer and book if you want to, without waiting for me to respond to emails, texts and phone calls. I do try not to separate work from life. Outside of my working hours I am unlikely to respond to messages unless they are urgent. From September my working week will be:
- Mondays: Individual appointments 1200 – 1930; 1900-2100 for Reiki meetings (arranged every 4 – 6 weeks)
- Tuesdays: Individual appointments 1200 – 1830
- Wednesdays: Yoga 0930, 1800 and 1930; Chanting & Meditation Evenings 1900-2030 (out of yoga term time); Individual appointments 1130 – 1345 or 1630
- Thursdays: Individual appointments 1200 – 1800
- Fridays: Individual appointments 1000 – 1700
YOGA and the next term
Last night was the fourth summer session and we’ve one more to go next week. There are spaces available. Thank you for the discussions and feedback last night. It was really useful and enjoyable.
The new yoga term starts Wednesday 6 September. We return to our normal times: 0930, 1800 and 1930. Full details can be found on the YOGA tab on the home page of the blog. For the summer sessions, I asked you to use the online booking system. There is no need for the normal term times. Please let me know if you are not returning this term. This really helps me with to plan the term. Thank you!
Details can be found on the diary page. You will find links to the relevant blogs beside course dates.
